International students who want to extend their residence period due to unavoidable reasons should apply within the application period.

□ Application Period

• 2026.06.08.(Mon) - 2026.06.19.(Fri)

□ Eligibility

• International students who need to extend their residence period due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., flight reservations)

• International students who did not apply for the 2026 Summer Semester dormitory

□ Application Method

• Visit the dormitory administration office and apply

- Location: Bldg.308-103

- Operating Hours: 09:00 ~ 18:00 (Lunch time: 12:00~13:00)

- The application is completed only after payment, so please bring the dormitory fee in cash and visit the office.

• When visiting, you have to bring supporting documents (e.g. plane ticket)

• Applicable date

- Move-in: 2026.06.20.(Sat)

- Move-out: 2026.06.21.(Sun) ~ 2026.06.27.(Sat)

□ Dormitory Fee(per night)

• Room shared by two people: 15,000 KRW

• This rate includes electricity, water, and gas fees.

• Payment: Cash (The application is completed only after payment.)

□ Room Information

• Double rooms to be allocated

• Room information will be notified by individual e-mail at 4 p.m. on 2026.06.19.(Fri).

□ Move-in Information

• The check-in procedure is the same as the existing check-in process.

• You can move-in on the same day after you move-out from your current room on 06.20.(Sat).

• From June 20, you will no longer be able to stay in your current dormitory. If you remain without an approved extension, you may get penalty points.

□ Move-out Information

• On the move-out date, send at least 8 photos showing the cleaned room to the designated manager (chu0806@unist.ac.kr) by 11:00 AM on the same day. Failure to send these photos you may get penalty points.

• Move-out must be checked out by 2:00 PM on the move-out Date.
