Dormitory Kitchen User Recruitment Notice
Please submit your application if you wish to use the kitchen.
Eligibility
• International graduate students currently residing in the dormitory
□ The number of users allowed for each kitchen is as follows:
• 305 (Female, Graduate students): 3 users
• 309 (Female & Male, Graduate students): 5 users
□ Registration Process
• Registration will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.
□ Application Period
• 2026.03.18. (Wed) 10:00 ~ 2026.03.19.(Thu) 09:00
• The application form may close earlier if all available spots are filled.
• Submission of an application
□ Payment Period
• 2026.03.19. (Thu) 11:00 ~ 16:00
• Students who are approved will receive the payment account number by email on March 19 (Thu).
• Please include your student ID(number) when making the payment.
• After completing the payment, send the payment confirmation screen to the person in charge email( chu0806@unist.ac.kr).
• Students who fail to pay within the payment period will not be allowed to use the kitchen. (No additional recruitment will be conducted.)
□ Fee
• Spring/Fall Semester: 40,000 won
• Summer/Winter Semester: 20,000 won
* Refunds are not available.
□ Using Period
• Spring Semester : 03.20. ~ 06.30.
