안녕하세요. 생활지원팀입니다. 2025년 1학기 생활관 정기점검을 시행합니다. 

충분히 청소할 수 있는 시간(2주 후)을 주고 시행합니다. 공지된 시간에 호실을 방문하여 개인방 및 공용공간 두가지 모두 검사합니다.

재실여부와 관계없이 점검하며 규정위반물품이나 술, 흡연여부, 청소상태를 점검합니다. 

공지된 시간에 점검해 청소상태, 규정위반여부가 발견되면 그날 바로 벌점을 부과합니다. 이제 두번 이상 방문하지 않습니다.

또한 벌점을 없애고 싶은 학생은 5.18일(일) 까지 청소를 한 후 공지된 담당자 메일로 본인구역 청소사진을 8장 이상 보내주시기 바랍니다.

청소가 됐다고 판단되면 벌점 취소가 가능, 이번부터 첫 점검시 통과할 수 있도록 점검당일전 꼭 청소하시기 바랍니다.

Hello. This is the Student Residence Team. We will conduct a regular inspection of the dormitory for the first semester of 2025.

We will conduct the inspection to give you enough time to clean (after 2 weeks). We will visit your room at the announced time and 

inspect both your private room and the common area.

We will inspect regardless of whether you are in the room or not, and check for items that 

violate regulations, alcohol, smoking, and cleaning conditions.

If we inspect at the announced time and find any violations of cleaning conditions or regulations, 

we will impose penalty points on you that day. We will not visit more than twice.

Also, students who want to remove the penalty points should clean up by May 18th (Sun) 

and send at least 8 photos of their area to the email address provided.

If it is determined that the cleaning has been completed, the penalty points can be canceled. From now on, 

please clean up before the first inspection to ensure that you pass.
