- 중도퇴사 신청 후 생활관홈페이지 공고를 보시면 매 학기마다 중도퇴사에 관한 공지를 볼 수 있습니다. 그곳에서 자신이 담당할 청소구역(개인방 + 공용구역)을 청소하셔야 합니다. 이후 사진을 촬영하여 아래의 담당자에 메일로 사진을 전송하셔야 합니다. 방과 공용구역 최소 8장 자세히 찍어서 보내시기 바랍니다. 사진을 보고 청소 미흡 시 재청소를 하시게 됩니다. 이 절차가 다 끝나야 퇴사하실 수 있습니다. 청소를 하지 않고 퇴사 시 규정에 의해 벌점부과나 입사신청을 금지할 수 있습니다.

- If you look at the notice on the dormitory website after applying for the mid-term check-out, you can see the notice about the mid-term check-out every semester. You should clean your cleaning area (private room + public area). After that, you will need to take a picture and email it to the person in charge below. Please take at least 8 pictures of the room and public area in detail and send them. If the cleaning is insufficient after looking at the picture, you can do a re-cleaning. You can check out only after this procedure is completed. If you check out without cleaning, penalty points or application for checking in can be prohibited according to the regulations.

- 중도퇴사는 중도퇴사를 원하는 날짜 7일전에 신청하셔야 합니다. 생활관 홈페이지 로그인 → 마이페이지 → “퇴사신청”에서 신청하시기 바랍니다.

- You have to apply seven days before the date you want to check out. Please apply at the dormitory website login → My Page → "Apply for check-out."

- 중도입사는 생활관 잔여호실이 있으면 가능합니다. 공실여부(217-6956)를 확인하시어 생활관 홈페이지 로그인 → 정규학기·입사 → “중도입사 신청”하시기 바랍니다.

- Intermediate occupancy is possible if there is a room left in the dormitory. Please check the vacancy status (217-6956) and log in to the dormitory website → Regular semester and occupancy → "Apply for intermediate occupancy.

ㅇ 기혼자 숙소는 어떻게 신청하나요?

- 기혼 대학원생만 신청 가능하며, 공실여부(217-6976)를 확인하시어 생활관 홈페이지 로그인 → 대관특별•입사 → 기혼자숙소 메뉴에서 신청해주시면 됩 니다.

- Only married graduate students can apply, and you can check the availability (217-6976) and apply from the dormitory website login → rental special/entry → married people's accommodation menu.

- 원칙적으로는 불가능합니다. 부득이한 사유가 있을 시 면담을 통해 사유가 인정이 되면 변경할 수 있습니다. 생활관 행정실로 연락주세요.

- It's impossible in principle. If there is an unavoidable reason, it can be changed if the reason is recognized through the interview. Please contact the dormitory administration office.

- 아이디는 수험번호, 비밀번호 본인 생년월일 8자리(2003OOOO)로 로그인 할 수 있습니다.

- You can log in with your ID as the examination number, the password is 8 digits of your birth date (2003OOOOOO)

- 정규학기인데 방학중으로 들어갔거나 그 반대의 경우, 혹은 신입생 로그인시 수험번호가 아닌 포탈아이디로 했거나 그 반대의 경우에 일어나는 오류입니다. 오류가 계속될 경우 아래로 연락 바랍니다.

- 원칙적으로 불가능합니다만 부득이한 사정이 있는 경우 생활관 행정실로 연락주세요. 대관을 신청하고 사용할 수 있습니다.

- In principle, it's impossible, but if there are unavoidable circumstances, please contact the dormitory administration office. You can apply for the rental use it.

- 홈메이트는 정규 신청기간에 신청하셔야 합니다. 신청기간 이후에는 신청하실 수 없습니다.

- 예를 들어 한개 호실이 8인실의 경우, 8명을 모아 신청하셔야 합니다. 한명이라도 적으면 신청하실 수 없습니다.

- 룸메이트는 따로 신청하지 않습니다. 두 분이 호실 선택일에 같은 방을 선택하시면 됩니다.

- Homemates must be applied during the regular application period. You can't apply after the application period.

- For example, if one room is for 8 people, you need to gather all 8 people to apply. You can't apply if even one person is lacking.

- We do not receive for roommates application separately. You and roommate can choose the same room on the day of room selection.

- 다학기는 취소신청 기간에 별도로 취소를 하지 않으면 자동 연장됩니다.

- 호실을 변경하고 싶거나 퇴사 시 취소신청 기간(별도 공지)에 취소해 주세요.

- Multi-semester will be automatically extended if you do not cancel separately during the cancellation application period.

- If you want to change your room or check out, please cancel it during the cancellation application period (separate notice).
