유니스트 소속이 아닌 연구원, 타 대학 학생, 연구 인턴 등도 생활관 입사가 가능한가요?

- 원칙적으로는 불가능합니다만, 정규신청 후 생활관 잔여호실이 있으면 특별입사의 형태로 입사할 수 있습니다.
- 특별입사의 경우 미리 담당자에게 공실여부(217-6969)를 확인 한 뒤, 담당 학부를 통해 공문으로 신청 하실 수 있습니다. 서류는 생활관 홈페이지 → 서식자료실 → 공지글 “특별입사 신청서”에서 다운 받으시기 바랍니다. 자세한 내용과 절차에 관한 안내 파일이 있습니다. 확인하시기 바라며 특별입사는 입사당일 기준 최소 7일전까지 학과담당자가 생활지원팀으로 공문을 송부 해주셔야 입사 가능합니다.
- In principle, it is not possible, but if there is a room left in the dormitory after completing the regular application, you can apply for a special admission.
- For special applications, you can check the vacancy status (052-217-6969) with the person in charge in advance and apply through the department in charge. Please download the documents from the dormitory website → form data room → notice "Special application form". There is a guide file for details and procedures. Please check, and the person in charge of the department must send an official letter to the dormitory administration office at least 7 days before the dormitory entrance date.

- 원칙적으로는 불가능합니다만, 정규신청 후 생활관 잔여호실 발생 시 제한적으로 입사를 허용해 주고 있습니다. 생활관 행정실로 연락주세요

- 생활관 홈페이지 → 마이페이지 → 거주자정보 옆 아래 화살표 누르신 후 증명서 발행 메뉴에서 출력 가능합니다.
- You can print it out from the Certificate Issue menu after clicking the down arrow next to the dormitory homepage → My Page → resident information.

퇴사 시 예치금은 전액 환불 되나요?(Can I get a full refund on the deposit when I check out?)

- 예치금은 호실 내에서 사용하는 수도, 전기, 가스료를 선납하는 것으로 퇴사 시 사용분만큼 정산하여 남은 잔액만 환불 처리됩니다.
- The deposit is to pay the water, electricity, and gas fees used in the room in advance, and only the remaining balance will be refunded after calculating the amount of use when checking out.

정규학기 퇴사 후 예치금 환불은 언제 되나요?(When can I get a refund on my deposit after checking out of the regular semester?)

- 예치금은 수광비별(전기, 가스, 상하수도 등) 청구되는 날짜가 달라 최소 2개월 이상이 소요됩니다.
- Deposits take at least two months because the date charged for each light receiving fee (electricity, gas, water and sewage, etc.) is different.

중도퇴사 시 생활관비와 예치금 환불은 언제 되나요?(When can I get a refund for the dormitory fee and deposit if I check out in the middle?)

- 생활관비는 퇴사일로부터 2주이내, 예치금은 수광비별(전기, 가스, 상하수도 등) 청구되는 날짜가 달라 최소 2개월 이상이 소요됩니다.
- Dormitory fees are within two weeks from the check-out date, and deposits take at least two months because they are charged for each light receiving fee (electricity, gas, water and sewage).

생활관비에 대한 현금영수증은 가능한가요?(Can I get a cash receipt for the dormitory fee?)

- 소득세법 제162조의 3에 의거하여 영리법인이 운영중인 1차 생활관(301동~303동)만 현금영수증이 발급 가능하며, 2~4차 생활관은 학교법인이 운영주체로 비영리법인은 부가가치세가 불포함된 면세 사업자로 분류되어 발급대상이 되지 않습니다. 현금영수증은 생활관비 납부 후 익월 홈페이지에 등록된 이용자 연락처로 일괄 등록 됩니다. 현금영수증 발급과 관련하여 문의사항은 217-6985, 6974로 연락바랍니다.
- According to Article 162-3 of the Income Tax Act, cash receipts can only be issued to first dormitories (No. 301 to 303) operated by for-profit corporations, and second to fourth dormitories operated by school corporations are non-profit corporations and are classified as duty-free operators without VAT. The cash receipt will be registered as the user's contact number registered on the website next month after paying the living expenses. 기숙사비 납부기간을 놓쳤을 때는 어떻게 하나요?(What should I do if I miss the payment period for the dormitory fee?)

- 납부기간에 납부하지 않을 경우에는 → “탈락처리” 되므로 반드시 납부 기간 안에 납부 하여야 합니다. 미납으로 인한 탈락 시 → 입사일에 “현장신청” 신청하시기 바랍니다. 현장신청 시 기숙사비를 준비하고 오셔야 합니다.
- If you do not pay the dormitory fee during the payment period, you must pay it within the payment period because it will be → "out." If you are eliminated due to unpaid payment, please apply for "on-site application" on the → date of joining the company. You have to prepare the dormitory fee when you apply on-site.

기숙사비 입금유예는 어떻게 하는 건가요?(How can I postpone the deposit of the dormitory fee?)

- 기숙사비 입금유예는 원칙적으로 외국인 학생이 외국에 있을 때 가능합니다. 다만, 내국인은 “한국장학재단에 생활비대출 신청”을 하였을 경우에 한해 기숙사비 입금유예를 신청하실 수 있습니다. 신청기간은 기숙사비 납부일입니다. 그 이후에는 신청하실 수 없습니다.

- In principle, it is possible to postpone the deposit of dormitory fees when foreign students are abroad. However, Koreans can apply for a suspended deposit of dormitory expenses only if they apply for a living expenses loan to the Korea Scholarship Foundation. The application period is the payment date of the dormitory fee. You can't apply after that.
- Log in to the dormitory website → Regular semester and application → "Application for postponement of deposit"
